Meet Jeremy

I am a husband, father of five, coach, volunteer, and lifelong Curry County resident who believes strong communities are built by people who care for one another and leaders who listen.

Over the years, I have served Curry County in many roles. I have worked as a Sheriff's Deputy, Emergency Manager, Wildland Firefighter, Small Business Owner, Insurance Producer, and public safety professional. Today, I continues serving local families as President of Gold Beach Little League and as an Oregon State Athletic Association (OSAA) Official, helping mentor young athletes and teach the values of teamwork, accountability, and respect.

Whether responding to emergencies, coaching youth sports, supporting community events, or working alongside local organizations, I have spent my life building relationships and helping solve problems. Those experiences have reinforced a simple belief: government works best when it listens to the people it serves.

I understands the challenges facing Curry County. I know the importance of safe communities, responsible government, strong local businesses, healthy natural resources, and opportunities for future generations to stay and thrive here at home.

As Curry County Commissioner, my commitment is simple: listen first, lead with integrity, and always put the people of Curry County first.

This campaign is not about politics—it is about our community, our future, and ensuring Curry County remains a place were proud to call home.

My Priorities: 

• Protect public safety Support law enforcement and first responders 
• Defend the second amendment and uphold my oath to the constitution 
• Sustain and responsibly manage our natural resources Support timber, fishing, and tourism as the backbone of our local economy 
• Oppose efforts to industrialize Oregon’s pristine coastline Ensure County government is accountable to its citizens Budget within the county’s mean without raising taxes Support and honor our service members and veterans 
• Work with our partners to provide our homeless population a hand up, not handouts.  

The first responsibility of government is the safety of its citizens. I will stand with law enforcement, defend our constitutional rights, and ensure county government is accountable to the people it serves.  

 I have spent my career serving Curry County. Now I am asking for the opportunity to continue serving in a different way.
