Curry County Commissioner Candidate Jeremy Dumire

 As a former Curry County Deputy, Emergency Manager, and wildland firefighter, I’ve spent my career on the front lines protecting our community.

I’m running for County Commissioner because Curry County deserves leadership that is honest, accountable, and focused on what matters—public safety, responsible budgeting, and bringing our community back together.

I support our law enforcement and first responders, and I will work to ensure they have the resources they need to keep our communities safe. At the same time, I believe county government must be transparent, fiscally responsible, and accountable to the people it serves.

Outside of my career, I’ve spent the past five years serving as President of Gold Beach Little League and as an OSAA sports official—working to support our youth and strengthen our community.

I’m running to help take Curry County back—focused on solutions, not distractions, and committed to doing the job right.

My priorities are: 

• Protect public safety—government’s first duty
• Support law enforcement and first responders 
• Ensure transparent, accountable county government 
• Budget responsibly without raising taxes 
• Support timber, fishing, and tourism as the backbone of our economy 
• Protect our coastline from over-industrialization 
• Defend our constitutional and second amendment rights 
• Support veterans and service members 
• Work toward real solutions for homelessness focusing on giving a hand up, not handouts
