As a former Curry County Deputy, Emergency Manager, and wildland firefighter, I have served on the front lines to protect our families and community. Now, I am running for County Commissioner to support our law enforcement heroes, restore responsible funding for public safety, and bridge divides between our elected offices. I'm ready to fight for responsible budgeting that keeps our deputies on the roads. Together we will heal divisions and build a stronger, united county.
For the past five years as President of Gold Beach Little League and as an OSAA sports official, I have worked to build teamwork and opportunities for our youth. I know firsthand what it takes to keep our families safe. Help me to restore strong public safety, and bring our community back together.

WE MUST FULLY SUPPORT OUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
The recent budget challenges have stretched our Sheriff's Office too thin—fewer deputies mean slower response times, greater risks for our first responders, and diminished safety and security for our community. I will work tirelessly to:
- Restore sustainable funding for the Sheriff's Office without unnecessary cuts.
- Foster open communication and collaboration between the Board and Sheriff to end divisions.
- Back the Blue by ensuring our deputies have the resources they need to protect us 24/7.
My Priorities and Vision:
- Emergency Preparedness: Drawing from my emergency management experience to strengthen disaster response and planning.
- Fiscal Responsibility: Balanced budgets that prioritize essential services like roads, public safety, and community programs.
- Unifying our community: Healing divides through open and transparent leadership, listening to all voices in Gold Beach, Brookings, Port Orford, Langlois, and beyond.
